When it came to her business as an Intuitive Healer and Breathwork Facilitator, Sandra had difficulty creating and holding flexible and playful space for her creative work - something historically easy for her in her personal life.
Finding like-minded individuals also forgoing the hustle mentality and honoring practices in alignment with their beliefs helped Sandra turn small shifts into BIG transformations.
HOW WE WORKED TOGETHER
Because Sandra was already an energy worker, it felt natural for her to tune into her body with breathwork. But finding the bravery to take time and space for herself in her business was where she had room to grow. Growing up surrounded by hustle culture had taught Sandra that the only way to grow a successful business was to be overly demanding with her time and energy. But the ‘hustle’ wasn’t in line with who Sandra was as a person. When she played the hustle game, she felt burnt out and exhausted and knew she wasn’t honoring what she really wanted.
Sandra found solace in the Fuck the Hustle community and group sessions. Connecting with like-minded people who wanted to do business differently and truly ‘fuck the hustle’ was exactly the resource she needed. Group breathwork, focused time for creativity, and both supporting and being supported by others who were also in the process of honoring themselves and their work gave Sandra a solid foundation on which to grow.
The Fuck the Hustle coworking and community space offered Sandra a safe and nurturing place to amplify her personal practice and step out of the box of isolation she had been stuck in. Now Sandra finds her routines and practices more fluid, doable, and authentic to who she is.
In line with developing her muscle of self-trust, Sandra chose not to pre-plan her coworking time each Thursday - specifically allowing herself permission to flow with her needs and finding authenticity rather than rigid rules. While she knew that some attendees carefully mapped out their quarters or months, Sandra allowed whatever her intuition wanted to “come through” to do so without self-judgment.
By trusting in her own timing, she found an ease and flow with work that she hadn’t known was possible. She shared:
“It’s cool what can happen in that hour. Things have unfolded in that hour that in the past would've taken me days or even weeks. What I gain in our time together carries over to my other areas of life. For example, I had been stuck on what my welcome email was supposed to be like for so many years. And during one of these writing sessions, my welcome email finally flew out of my fingers. It was me 100 percent – honest and real!”
Joining a collaborative experience where people shared their experiences and stories generously, and brought their knowledge together helped Sandra develop self-trust and permission while shedding her self-judgment.
As Sandra describes it:
“You're with people who are doing things differently too, which is really powerful because we're fed these messages constantly throughout every single day of how we're supposed to live, what it's supposed to look like, what we should spend our money on, what we shouldn't. And so it's just a super incredible aligned offering that Amy has created.“
How does that look in her day to day life? When her mind tells her to dive into her routines full force, but her heart is telling her to write, she’s able to honor her creative urges, and turn out months of content in hours. Before joining Fuck the Hustle, Sandra felt there was something in her that wouldn’t let any part of her business feel easy. But by setting aside sacred time each week to tune into her breath and her business with others doing the same, she’s found the inner permission she needed to let her natural state of ease flow right into her business.
SANDRA’S RESULTS, In her own words:
“Before joining Fuck the Hustle, there was something in me that wouldn’t let me do these tasks easily. Now, I am in a group where we have these positive effects on each other just by being more of who we are. I get so much out of this group. It’s amplifying my personal practice – I used to feel so isolated. Now I know I am not alone. It's refreshing to have this support. It's magical. It is fantastic. It is what I look forward to in my week.”
“We are all doing it together, creating this space, while also connecting to ourselves. Then, I sit in the presence of others and see which actual work I feel like doing. Personally, I do not plan what I will do in this hour. Instead, I let whatever wants to come through, come through. I try to live my whole life this way.
Amy helps us find permission to work in this way. She's able to do this because she's also living it. She practices Fuck the Hustle every day in her businesses, she practices connecting herself with her breath. I'm definitely a big fan of working with people who are also doing it, not just talking the talk. With Amy, I feel that comes through on an energetic level, and in her work with us and in the space.”

Conclusion
Small Shifts = Big Transformations
Creating space in her own spiritual practices was second nature for Sandra and it allowed her to show up authentically for her family and friends. By altering her indoctrinated cultural beliefs about the hustle, she was able to align her business with her personal life and bring more ease and flow into her work. It took finding a group – a place where she could join her knowledge with others and share and learn from experiences and stories – to find that trust to do it herself. By cultivating self-permission and the permission from other group members to be genuinely herself in both her life and work, Sandra changed her business and her life for the better.
